I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mitch and Jalil from Mason Air for their exceptional service. They visited my residence to remove and replace moldy insulation and ducting, and install a UV light to prevent future mold growth in my air handler closet. Upon arrival, they promptly assessed the situation, identifying the locations of my units and access areas, and developed a strategic plan to complete the necessary work. After assessing the situation, they efficiently set up and began working on the tasks at hand. Throughout the process, they kept me informed, notifying me when the air would be turned off and explaining each step they were taking. Both Mitch and Jalil demonstrated respect and courtesy, seeking permission before performing any tasks and even asking if they could use my trash cans before disposing of any materials. Upon completion of the job, Mitch took the time to explain the UV light installation and demonstrate its functionality, while also showing me the equipment they had cleaned and replaced. They ensured a thorough cleanup, preventing any unnecessary messes. Mitch and Jalil then secured all areas and expressed gratitude for my hospitality. Came out for a maintenance upon arrival. Customer had no concerns looked over both machines inside and out found drain line was a little clogged so I put some treatment down it to undo the clog. There is no clog and is flowing nicely upon checking air handler inside found a bunch of growth around the outside of the air handler and on the inside Need to get with James and figure out pricing for that and what we should do also need to have somebody return out here to move the thermostat from behind the TV to closer to the hallway.
